Kat Thomas

I provide various levels of editorial support for trade publishers, university presses, and authors, as well as writing support for authors and content experts.
I’m a developmental editor, line editor, and copyeditor with fifteen years of experience in publishing, starting as a production editor with a book packager, moving to managing editor for an independent publisher, and continuing as a freelance editor and writer.
I maintain active memberships in professional associations, serve as co-coordinator for the Arizona chapter of the Editorial Freelancers Association, and continually develop my craft through classes, networking, and mentoring.
